Cure for Scurvy.
Scurvy ran rampant aboard ships until some clever folks found that the vitamin C in citrus cured it. We found that citrus in hot sauce makes for a really good sauce. Bright and clean, this sauce comes in on the hotter side with fresh lime and notes of coriander. Great on anything from breakfast, to seafood, to tacos and fantastic in Bloody Marys.
